Dan recently took on UK's toughest Spartan Race in Scotland, where he completed the Trifecta Weekend. For the Beast, he carried a 50 lbs sandbag FOR THE ENTIRE COURSE including during the carries. Crazy, right?!⁣

This is my GO-TO:
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS:
1 banana
2 TBSP Natural Peanut Butter
15 chocolate chips (Dark chocolate is my favorite!)
.
INSTRUCTIONS:
Cut up bananas into slices, spoon some peanut butter onto each slice, and sandwich 3-4 chocolate chips in-between two banana slices!

EASY PEASY!

P.S. Throw out the powdered peanut butter! Just eat the real damn peanut butter. You know you want to 😝 & no, it’s not “bad”. Peanut butter is a HEALTHY fat ya’ll 😘

My husband and I tried this new #healthyfind from Whole Foods last night with dinner......not bad, but we had to cook the butternut squash longer than the instructions said to get it soft by sautéing in a pan or you could boil it and then add the sauce after. The squash is spiralized like the shape of some Mac & Cheese noodles. I recommend adding nutritional yeast to give the vegan cheese a better more cheesy flavor. 👍🏻 I love the taste of nutritional yeast and it’s full of B12. They also sell this same dish, but with real cheddar cheese, so if you’re not avoiding dairy, check that one out. Because waffles make it alllll better! 😍 Ok, really though I live for maple + comfort foods are everything when feeling down. Am I right? It’s ok to acknowledge that and so I amped it up a bit since this certainly is not sugar free. I added quality hemp protein and healthy fats from ghee + nut butter into the gluten free flour base, topped with cast iron skillet maple cinnamon bananas in coconut oil. We went a little extra and added on @halotopcreamery dairy free vanilla maple ice cream on top😍 @janineenicolee feels like childhood sleepovers at your house!

T’is the season - PUMPKIN everything! Give this yummy a go today - perfect for this rainy weather!!!
🎃
Pumpkin Spice Elixir
1/2 cup of canned coconut milk
1/2-1 cup of water
1 tbsp Dandy Blend
1 tbsp raw cacao butter (optional - amazing if you love the taste of chocolate with your latte)
1 tbsp pumpkin purée
1 tbsp collagen powder
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1/4-1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Honey or maple syrup to taste
🎃
Heat your coconut milk and water on the stove.
🎃
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend on high for about 30-45 seconds. Pour that frothy goodness into a mug and top with some extra pumpkin spice or cinnamon!

Aside from the systematic abuse of the female reproductive system and then taking away their babies which they didn't ask to have but still bond with, this is another reason not to consume dairy products any longer. We don't need it to survive, we aren't consuming it for health so what are we doing this to them for? How is this preferable to using plant milk?? Do no harm, be VEGAN 🌱
