*Raw/Clean Eating -Where I’ve been going wrong 🍎🍓🍉🍌🍅🍋🥕🍇 Lately I have been eating a mostly raw, almost vegan (besides some collagen peptides and some fish here and there) with some cooked foods thrown in. Tons of fruits, nuts, spinach and Romain, some veggies and been making sauces and salad dressings from mostly those ingredients.. plus apple cider vinegar, olive oil and coconut aminos because it’s delicious.
Eating like this has made me feel amazing again in so many ways. However, the last few days, as great and free as I have felt in my body, I have also been experiencing brain fog, dizziness, tired, heart palpitations, anxiety and just off. This has happened before when I’ve eaten like this and I have the given in to eating more foods that don’t necessarily work for my body but that do get rid of those systems.
It hit me last night that maybe I could still eat this way but maybe I’m still not doing something correctly. I have protein and fats so it’s not necessarily that. Then I wondered if maybe the problem is that I actually wasn’t getting enough calories. Yes I eat a ton of bananas and avocado and such but maybe it wasn’t enough. So last night for the first time in years I tracked my calorie intake (not something I recommended in general but definitely when starting to eat more raw/clean foods). Found out I wasn’t eating nearly the amount of calories I should for my body weight. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I thought I was eating enough but I wasn’t even close. This was 💯% not intentional. I have had no desire to lose weight, in fact, I want to gain weight in muscle, because let’s be honest.. STRONG IS SEXY. 💪🏼 I’m so thankful I caught this early because now I can keep going on this way of eating that overall is working for me right now. I need to remember that eating clean is not like eating on a standard American diet or a diet filled with lots of packaged foods either. I’ve also eaten smaller meals at a time for years because I have a slow oxidation rate (meaning my body doesn’t break down foods well or fast) so eating smaller meals is what works for me. However, I forget that when I eat clean my body doesn’t have as hard of a time breaking those foods

When you get home wash them and throw them in a food processor that cuts them up for you.

PRE COMBINE SALATUNITIES.
Put versions of veg together in sealable containers that can either become -salads, -stirfrys, -stuffed in to a quick sandwich or wrap,
-thrown in a pan with eggs in the am,
-made into pasta salad.

And the best part? You ARE NOT EATING THE SAME THING EVERYDAY.

The vitamin world is geared towards adults, supplements and shakes flood shelves. I hear no support for a quality product for kids, it’s the same old worn out line from every pediatrician take a vitamin, you can find them at your local store. The blind trust is where I draw the line. No not every product is created equally. I will not fall for the “here oh take this kid vitamin they will be fine.” It is irresponsible to trust everything, it is irresponsible to never looking at the ingredient labels, we must question what is in the product, it's irresponsible to see the harmful, dyes, sugars, undigestible unusable, synthetic, vitamins & minerals put into these products, ingredients that are probably doing more harm than good to your growing child. If it comes with a poison control warning then that's most likely what it is poison.

As I was putting cove to bed tonight, I realized how blessed I am to be able to be part of her life.
It hasn’t been easy, taking the role of “Mom”. I’m nowhere near perfect, and I often loose my patience . But the love that cove shows me everyday, truly helps me and motivates me to be better everyday.
I love this little girl so much.

Biasanya org kita dr saat awal pagi saja dh makan 600-700kalori..kalo tak pun, tghari hari je mesti lebih 800kalori.. tambah dgn dinner lgi.. dah lost count berapa kalori yg masuk dlm bdn.. Sbb mkanan yg dipilih semuanya high kalori, low nutrisi.

Kalori yg berlebihan dan tak mampu digunakan oleh badan akan terkumpul, jika cukup 770kalori maka naik 100g berat. Sekiranya bdn anda hanya perlukan 1500kalori sehari, tapi anda makan 2200kalori sehari. Dah lebih 700kalori sehari. Tak heran kalo berat tu tak turun.

Cuba list down apa yg anda makan sehari. Anda akan faham kenapa berat tu naik/susah turun.
