After listening to a podcast this morning while feeding Llewyn, from @chloebrotheridge with @lucysheridan I'm on a high. 🙏 The little man was happy after his feed so I decided to cook myself a scrummy breakfast, an old favourite - shakshuka. 😍😋 I packed loads of veggies in and a sneaky chili for an extra kick topped with goats cheese and buttery sourdough. Now were cuddling on the couch he's getting sleepy and I'm enjoying my coffee! Heeellllooo Monday 👊🏼💜

With many personal challenges I’ve had to overcome this year and a lot of my time spent on my own personal growth, I’d lost interest in going to gym😏 .
But I found some motivation today😝 and got back into it, training my little shoulders, yay me!! .
I gotta say I’m pretty darn happy that I’ve still got some shoulder definition though💪🏼 Great nutrition definitely helps. .

Homemade Prebiotic Flaxseed Bread is a combination of amazing ingredients. Rich in fibers, protein, resistant starch, and it takes few minutes to make it.
Ingredients:
4 tbsp. Flaxseed meal
1 tsp GT4Life banana powder
1 egg
2 tbsp.water
1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
Mix all ingredients , sprinkle sesame seeds , and microwave for 2-2:30 minutes, depending on the microwave.
