We all want something sweet occasionally and that’s absolutely fine, but it’s the in-between meal ‘snaccidents’ that will become detrimental to all the sweat you’ve shed in your workouts.

When you can’t decide between sweet and salty 🤣 my almond butter from @pipandnut 😍

Repair, maintain, grow! It’s important to consume around 20g of protein (mixed with a few carbohydrates) after a weights workout so that your body is able to repair and preserve muscle mass. Protein helps repair and build muscle, whereas carbs help with recovery. Thus, a mix of both is necessary. Whether it be a tin of tuna, hard boiled egg, Greek yoghurt or some cheese, measure carefully as it’s easy to over or under consume the recommended 20g serve.
Example of healthy post-workout snacks:
x Protein shake containing whey protein, banana and oatmeal
x Banana on rice cakes
x Cottage cheese and fresh berries
x Tuna on whole wheat bread
x Smoked salmon with scrambled egg whites

Yet, her Mother kept a low profile, rarely shared, and her lifestyle of Yoga and being a Therapist was 'known', without enough invitation into the details. There was nothing to really use against her, thankfully.

Por que me encantan estas semillas? 🙈❤️😍 1)A diferencia de otras semillas tiene un balance perfecto de ácidos grasos (3:1) omega 3 y omega-6. Su contenido de acido gamma linolenico (GLA) es muy alto, este ayuda a balancear de forma natural tus hormonas y tu sistema inmunológico. .

Why do most children generally dislike foods that are green? To be honest, seeing a plate of green vegetables such as the above is pretty unappetizing for young ones, causing them to rebel against vegetables in general. Don’t be afraid to keep trying different ways to incorporate them into their diet though - tricks such as sneaking extra veggies into a spaghetti bolognese, baking them with yummy marinades such as soy and a little honey, or blending them into berry smoothies are all good ways to ensure your little ones are getting the greens they need. Another trick is to keep plates colourful, mixing greens with other vegetables to make it fun.
