Depois que meu personal @brunotelesricci começou a passar fortalecimento de COR, percebi uma boa mudança no meu abdomen 😍não faço muitos abdominais, treino apenas duas vezes por semana.

A um mês passei a levar a dieta a sério e seguir à risca sem sair até no final de semana, me dei dereito de 1 umazinha saída no domingo.Tudo com acompanhamento meu nutricionista @rafaelfurionutricionista . Nossos antepassados comiam tudo que podiam, quando podiam!
Podemos viver em dois estados metabólicos possíveis: alimentado ("fed") ou "em jejum" ("fasted");
Quando alimentados, nosso corpo está no modo armazenamento; quando em jejum, ele usa nossas reservas;
Em nossa pirâmide alimentar atual, passamos no mínimo 2/3 do tempo no estado alimentado, comendo de 3/3 horas, impossibilitando o uso das reservas de gordura;
Nossa dieta LCHF quase não eleva a insulina, mas nada BAIXA tanto a insulina quanto deixar de comer;
E aí fica claro que, se você faz uma dieta de altos Carbos e baixa gordura, terá que se alimentar de 3/3h pois irá sentir fome! Mas nós, adeptos à dieta de baixos Carbos e altas gorduras, pulamos refeições com tranquilidade, aqui o jejum apenas acontece! Sem sacrifícios, sem sofrimento e sem prejuízos!
Minha dica: NÃO TENTE FORÇAR O JEJUM INTERMITENTE! EXPERIMENTE FICAR CETOADAPTADO... Façam a Low Carb por 4 a 6 semanas e então comecem a pular o café da manhã 1x na semana, posteriormente atrasem o horário do almoço e em algumas semanas, estarão pulando o jantar!! Devagar, observando seu próprio corpo e de preferência sob a supervisão de um bom médico ou nutricionista! Lembrem -se que podemos fazer diversos tipos de JI e em todos eles, nosso corpo e nossa mente, ficarão muito gratos!

Let's talk eggs!! 🥚🍳😍 I posted a food diary the other day and I couldn't believe some comments I got: "One egg has 300 calories. Your calculation is wrong!", "Google says one egg has 155 calories.", "The calories are lies! Each egg has at least 100 calories." 🙄
I don't want everyone to know the calories of all the food by heart. I think it's not necessary and you may actually be not interested in it. But it would be good to have a basic knowledge about the egg as it is loaded with nutrients and I would definitely classify it as "superfood". One large egg is 70 calories and have 6.5 grams of high-quality protein 🤗 It contains zero carbs and no sugar. It is a good food source of several essential trace minerals, vitamins B2 and B12. One egg yolk is a powerhouse of disease-fighting nutrients like lutein and zeaxanthin. Yes, eggs are high in cholesterol, but eating eggs does not have adverse effects on cholesterol in the blood for the majority of people 🙅🏼 They are easy to eat, well-tolerated by our bodies, adaptable to any meal and inexpensive.
