some clips from my workout this weekend! felt really weak when trying to get through my leg day programming so I veered off my plan a little and just did a glute circuit to finish the day off. first exercise is glute focused back extensions, I keep my toes pointed outward to better hit the booty. second is dumbbell romanian deadlifts, these are a staple in every glute and hamstring glutes. third exercise are frog pumps...if you want to shape the booty and you aren't doing these WYD. pls refer to the glute master @bretcontreras1 if you have any questions about these lol and fourth, basic single leg glute bridges. completed each exercise 4 times did 10-30 reps of each depending on the exercise 🍑🍑 all these clips are super sped up FEEL the squeeze with every single rep

How to make your dreams come true? 🌠

Yesterday night I had troubles to sleep. Sometimes I do when my had is full of thoughts. But those thoughts – other than it might seem – are nothing negative for me. In contrary: they are creativity sparks that make my heart beat faster, that make me smile and which don’t let me close my eyes for long.

I am dreaming really big! I want to do so many things in my life! And I am sure that I alone am responsible to fulfill them. I am not saying that we don’t need help or support. Nor am I saying that I am a lone fighter. I only believe that I am responsible to get into touch with people who can enrich and inspire me. Opportunities don’t fall from the stars. Those doors appear as a result of our hard work.

After all those visions, let’s move on to the hands-on approach. How I make my dream come true? It’s about being clear about those four things: DREAMS, GOALS, PROJECTS, TASKS

DREAM: This is the big stuff. What is my dream? My vision on what I want to achieve, how I want to be? I am sure most of us can say that rather easily. If not, make sure to think about it thoroughly!

GOALS: Let’s break the dream down into your goals. They are smaller parts of the dream.

PROJECTS: Break the goals down into projects with deadlines to visualize the realization of your dream.

TASKS: These are your daily activities to complete in order to accomplish you need to accomplish your dream in the long run.
