Ive been out of the gym for about five weeks and plan to go back tomorrow. My lower back is still VERY sensitive so I will return to my workout grind with a modified routine. Ill be giving you guys some tips on how to get those gainz without re-injury. YouTube will be fully functional again for this purpose so be on the look out _

One of my family's go-to weeknight dinners is pasta with turkey sausage! Tonight we made it with @eatbanza chickpea pasta for extra protein and fiber, spicy turkey sausage, bell pepper, and zucchini!! Then topped it off with some Ragu sauce 😋 a delicious Italian dinner that it totally guilt free!! 👌
