It's always fun working out with a fellow trainer @chris_joker_montgomery. We pushed each other through a crazy chest and tricep day!
-Flat bench DB press: 4X20,15,12,10 (60lbs, 70,80,90)
-Skull crusher/narrow grip tri press with crooked bar: 4x20,15,12,10 (60lbs,70,80,90)
-Incline DB press: 4x15,12,10,8 (60lbs, 65, 70,75,80)
-Cable Flys 3x15
-KB presses (to failure)
-Chain push ups to failure!
Interesting fact about myself: if you are wondering why I wasn't extending all the way out on my push ups, I fractured my radial head(elbow) when I was 8 and the doctor never detected it so my elbow grew crooked resulting in bone on bone blockage and reduced range of motion in extension, flexion, supination, and pronation. I have had multiple surgeries and physical therapy which both did absolutely nothing. So the result was doctors telling me to never workout again. I tried that and it only made it more stiff and worse. Now I say F that! Im going to live with this for the rest of my life, might as well make the best of it! We all have tough obstacles to overcome, it's all about how you handle it!
