Whether it be 5, 7, or 10 hours, I love getting great quality sleep. This is my current sleep stack I take about 45min before bed and I fall asleep in less than 10min consistently and always wake up feeling refreshed. I also have my room at 62°, stop looking at my phone before bed (or have an ultra red filter on there), and have dimmed red lights in my room. Btw, potassium along with magnesium has helped me SO MUCH with leg cramps. Use to morning stretch and get a gnarly charlie horse in my leg and intense toe curls 😭 but not any longer!

Made my Nightshade-Free Ropa Vieja tonight with beef heart in place of the stew beef! Beef heart is one of the only ways we can get coQ10 in our diets! Heart is extremely tender like a beef tenderloin! If you have a family member who snubs organ meat, marinade some cubed beef heart and grill kabob style! I bet they won't notice!

True sourdough bread does not contain yeast & instead utilizes a lactobacilli based starter culture, it is also baked at a lower temperature which protects the integrity of the grain, preserves the nutritional value, and anti-nutrients such as phytic acid that are eliminated & gluten (that very difficult to digest plant protein found in wheat) is broken down - which makes it easier to digest.πŸ˜€Be careful, most of the breads you find at grocery stores labeled as "sourdough" are made very quickly with yeast & the gluten proteins don't have time to break down as they would with bread made the traditional method - where fermentation takes place over 18 to 25 hours. The longer it's fermented, the easier it is to digest. Another reason to eat sourdough, its FLAVOR!πŸ™ŒπŸ»

Out here in Paradise Valley putting in water conscious raised beds for the Sidi family. We started off by lining the bottom of the beds with about 12 inches of woody mulch. This is going to act as a sponge for water and also break down over time, providing a self watering and self feeding effect! Basically a raised bed using the strategy of the hΓΌgelkultur. We are also using the @growoya Terra-cotta watering pots to reduce our watering by 70%.
