Late lunch, anyone?
Here's my take on fresh spring rolls🥙
Stuffed with: overnight-tofu, sunflower greens, and brown rice.
Sauce: 3 tbsp sunflower seeds, 1 cup almonds, 3 tbsp liquid aminos, 2 tbsp rice vinegar, 2 tbsp coconut oil, 1 tsp ginger powder, 1 garlic clove, and pepper to taste. Add water to thin sauce out, whatever your preference.
I usually eyeball amounts of ingredients, as the meals I prepare I've been making for years. So, amounts stated on this particular post are estimated. What you get through my posts are purely and humbly my "versions" of food as well as tips I have picked up along the last decade or so. I will never copy and paste information/recipes without giving credit where it is due. It goes without saying that I don't know EVERYTHING and have not tried everything, but, if it is in fact something new to me I will state it. Enjoy 💜
