Honestly, I was overcome with emotion as I did the very final rep because I had pushed myself and truthfully, I didn’t know if I could actually do this program. I’m human though. I had days where it was a complete STRUGGLE to be motivated enough to press play. 🌟
.
I went from not wanting to tell anyone I was doing this program to becoming a coach because I couldn’t stop thinking about how I could help other people. The way I feel now, is how I want everyone to feel. 💥
.
The key ingredient? My community of women who shared never ending ENCOURAGEMENT, SUPPORT and EMPATHY. ☺️💕

Throughout this experience, my advice to you is, YOU CAN DO HARD THINGS! All you have to do is START. YOU can do this. YOU can do ANYTHING. You don’t have to be alone through this journey. 👭

Let’s talk about bloat for a second. Many things can cause bloat, and I feel, in general, us ladies get the brunt of suffering from bloat. Time of the month time, excess salt and decreased water intake, stress, hormones, GI issues(constipation, lack of good gut flora) can all cause bloat. I am bloated way more often than I would like, & sometimes it makes it hard to feel accomplished. I put these photos together. There are only a few days between the left photo and right photo. The left photo was taken after Josh and I got back from Texas. I had too much alcohol, junk food, salt and too little water. A few days of increased water and probiotics got me leveled out again.
