I run because I LOVE to run.
I fall because I LOVE to run.
I almost always find that mystical “flow” state when I hit the road or the tread. And sometimes when I’m in my own zone, I quite literally hit the road. I don’t mind - it’s part and parcel with loving to run.
This 🖕🏻 goes to all the Londoners over the past 4.5 years who have seen me fall (and there have been many) and haven’t asked if I’m ok or offered any help. Y’all could use a little lesson in Canadian courtesy.
