Our next guest on the Ntanta tasting experience is none other than our very own @Chef_fregz. If you do not know him, let me do you a favor and introduce him o. Fregene Gbubemi was born in Abeaokuta but grew up in Benin. He studied Industrial Relationship and Human resource management at Covenant University and a diploma in Cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute Paris. His achievements in the industry have gotten the attention of CNN's African Voices - Chef Fregz Special. He built his brand focusing on attracting Nigerian youths by appealing to their passion for new and creative cooking. Chef Fregz has also been a judge in cooking competitions in Nigeria, including Knorr Taste Quest where we met,I as a contestant. But I had so much fun and also went through a lot of pressure during the knorr taste quest 1 competition 😂😎. He is an amazing soul and was so gracious to take this journey with us. Here was his feedback about Ntanta "He said the soup was very good and the best he has had after his aunty Filomena's Oha soup...it had a perfect 👌 consistency and the Oha leaves were very crunchy and fresh. He did say it was a bit spicy because he doesn't like pepper (so let us know your preference o) Finally, he said the meat was so tender and cooked to perfection." Thank you so so much @Chef_fregz We love you😘😘😘😍😍😍😍💃💃💃💃💃❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤.
