Busting into the last week of my #bodytransformation like🏋🏼♀️🤾♀️🚴♀️🤸♀️ In total I've lost 12lb💪Slow, steady and consistent is key. Could I have lost more weight? Yup, but it wouldn't be sustainable for life. I didn't do flexible dieting, I stuck to a strict program. I needed to balance my hormones and drop the weight. I needed focus, direction and dedication. Flexible dieting WASN'T what was going to work for me (every "body" is different). I didn't have the time to wonder what I'd eat every day, I wanted to stop focusing on food. I needed to do meal preparation and have healthy food on hand. I needed to know calories in V's calories out to stay consistent and drop the weight. Did I have a few cheat snacks/ meals/ alcohol? Totally, I'm all about #balance in my normal non-diet state. The difference was over the last 12 weeks I never did anything that I'd be disappointed in myself for, eg, over eating or drinking. Did I cry, wanna give up, have a few melt downs and drive my Husband crazy? Totally, but I kept my eye on the prize. When I felt negative I DIDN'T keep going and push myself. On those days I'd rest and have some me time and focus on my WHY! Remembering how amazing I used to feel and how I want to feel for myself, my career, children and husband is what will always keep me fighting! NO ONE deserves a fat negative Natalie😂 She's a boring, annoying asshole!
