Sometimes mornings are hectic and the evenings are exhausting to prep the night before!
A great forgotten go-to for lunch is EGGS!!!!! Hard boil a batch...eat as is, or mash with some avocado. Pair it up with some veggies, fruit, and multigrain flats and voila.....work lunch in minutes!!! Healthy, nutritious, and calorie/portion controlled compared to buying your own.
And let's not forget that AM snack....SHAKEOLOGY!!! A girl's best friend!
