Das neue #Rezept gibt es wie immer über den Link im Profil. • Mung Bean Hummus Soaking time: 1 - 2 hours Cooking time: 1 hour Preparation time: 10 minutes • Ingredients: for 3-4 servings 400 g Rapunzel mung beans 4 tbs Rapunzel white tahini, sesame butter 3 tbs lemon juice 2 TL Rapunzel crema di aglio, garlic paste 200 ml Water 2 EL Rapunzel olive oil MANIRA cold pressed 1 tsp ground turmeric ½ tsp ground cumin ¼ tsp cayenne pepper ½ tsp Rapunzel sea salt with iodine pepper to taste • For serving: Crackers or pita bread (Link Socca Flatbread) • Directions: Soak and cook mung beans according to direction on the package. Add the cooked mung beans to the blender and blend. Now add all the other hummus ingredients into the mixer and blend until smooth. Add more water if needed to get your desired consistency. Taste the hummus and adjust to your liking - adding more lemon juice or salt. Top with a bit of olive oil, parsley, chilli flakes and red paprika to garnish.

I'M HOME 🎉✈️ 10+ hour flight from Hawaii to Melbourne for a 5 hour stopover then a 2 hour flight and a drive home. Gosh it feels good to finally be back though! After a good sleep I caught up with my mum for some lunch and had this yummy acai bowl! I'm about to unpack, catchup on the YouTube videos I've missed out on watching and have a doctors appointment this afternoon! I've done something to my wrist 😱😩 doesn't have a whole lot of movement and is pretty painful! I'm hoping its nothing too serious!
