Turmeric-quinoa porridge🙌 If you love porridges as much as I do I really recommend that you try this combination. It’s amazing for breakfast. It’s especially amazing on those chill mornings. To make this beautiful bowl I cooked some quinoa with oat milk, turmeric and cinnamon for 15 minutes. Then I topped it with some berries, peanut butter, shredded coconut and chia seeds. This is a real health bomb guys. It’s very nutritious, high in protein, gluten-free, it has anti-inflammatory, and it’s a great source of iron and magnesium. Isn’t that amazing?!😄 I hope you like it! Today I want to encourage you to let go of the things that no longer serve you. Just because something entertains you, feels good or looks good doesn’t mean it’s actually good for you. Choose to be the Master of your own mind, choose to let go of old habits if they don’t help you to become the person you want to be. Take responsibility for everything you do, that’s the first step to start making better decisions. You deserve to grow. You deserve to evolve. You are in control, you just have to take your power back. Let’s shed old layers. Let’s embrace change. You should be your own leader. You’ve got yourself 💓.

A beautiful PB & J smoothie bowl, for this beautiful Friday🥜🍇 I have been loving my homemade blueberry jam so much, that it needs your all’s love as well.
PB & J Smoothie Bowl: 1/2 cup of steamed then frozen zucchini, 1/2 cup of steamed then frozen cauliflower, 1 frozen banana, 1/2 cup of blueberries, 1 tbsp of @crazyrichardspb creamy peanut butter blended in an @vitamix until creamy.
Blueberry Jam: On the stove add half a pot of blueberries and a splash of water and bring to a boil. Let it simmer while stirring continuously for 5 minutes. Store in the fridge in a mason jar.

Topped the PB & J smoothie bowl with @crazyrichardspb peanut butter, @purely_elizabeth granola, and my blueberry jam. Have a fabulous Friday everyone!💜 #emsearthyeats

Not sure if this happens to anybody else, but I always tend to OVER measure when cooking any type of grains. And somehow when I do measure, it never seems to be enough! I can’t win!! Hahah does that happen to you too? .
Well I did it again while making cheesy grits for the kids before school. So decided to add spinach to my grits, cook 2 sunnies in cado oil, seasoned w red pepper flakes and pea shoots, and 2 turkey sausages. It was sooooo good! I’d say that’s winning today!!! 🍳💛

Right now just lunchin on my lunch. which is pretty simple but SOOOO SOOOO good! a @smuckersbrand jam sandwich on two pieces of white bread and a small bag of @doritos ! Such a delicious lunch!😍 I have been loving sandwiches and chips for lunch Recently. I’m not sure why but it’s been my favorite the past few days since my mom got these little bags of chips (verity of chips but been stuck on Doritos lol) ... haha maybe I’ve been enjoying sandwiches more because it’s more fun to have a sandwich with a bag of chips in a small bag instead of a big bag haha ? Idkkk.For some reason It makes me think of my child hood. 😹 Because as a child for lunch It would always be a sandwich with a chip bag lol! Hope you are all having a fantastic Friday afternoon!
