Our SIMPLE PAPAYA BOWL was actually created one morning when Giorgi had run out of breakfast options and boy did it turn out to be a winner (don't you just love it when that happens!!?) It is now one of our breakfast favs! We both find that yoghurt doesn't compliment the delicate flavour of papaya nearly as well as the almond butter does and the cacao nibs are simply an additional nourishing mouthful of crunchy delightfulness, packed with antioxidants!
Might sound strange, but DO NOT knock this ‘til you’ve tried it! ☺ … A simple and sneaky little breakfast that will keep you going due to the healthy fat content & low sugar content that will not spike your blood-sugar levels, loaded with healthy digestive enzymes to kick your morning off to the best start!
✔️cut up ½ a medium papaya & add to a bowl
✔️drizzle 1 tablespoon almond butter
✔️sprinkle 1 - 2 teaspoons cacao nibs
