1 Halbliterglas Cocktailtomaten / 3 große Tomaten
1 Beutel Babyspinat / 1 Bündel Blattspinat
1 Stange Staudensellerie
1 kleine Knoblauchzehe
1 Orange, ausgepresst
1-2 Basilikumblätter oder ein paar Zweige Koriander
1/2 Avocado

🔪Zubereitung:
1. Tomaten, Sellerie, Knoblauch & Orangesaft mixen
2. Nach und nach eine Handvoll Spinat zugeben bis dieser gut püriert ist
3. Zum Schluss die halbe Avocado und die Kräuter hinzugeben bis eine cremige und ebenmäßige Konsistenz erreicht ist
4. In eine Schüssel geben und genießen. Diese Suppe isst man am besten gleich nach der Zubereitung.

RUBY SALAD!
Everyone will like this salad, even if you usually don't like grapefruit(I didn't like grapefruit until I tried it in this salad). The salad has citrus notes because of the grapefruit but is balanced by the sweetness of the maple syrup. What do you think?

What is your favourite salad?
Ingredients:
• 120g spinach • 50g rocket leaves • 1 medium cucumber, sliced
• 1 medium ruby grapefruit, cut into peeled segments
• 30g pea shoots
• 100g buckwheat, boiled
• Black and white sesame for topping.
Ingredients for salad dressing:
• 2 tbsp Olive oil • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 2 tbsp maple syrup
Method:
1. Make the dressing by combining all three ingredients, stir well.
2. To make salad, combined all ingredients with dressing. Stir well and top with sesame.

As I was scrolling through all of my pics, I realized 99% of them are me eating, or creeping on food. Well the food was definitely worth creeping on. 150 of the top food, wine and liquor companies in one place sampling their best products - and the night ended with a Tim McGraw concert. It just doesn’t get better than that. 👌🏻
