Per la base, sotto consiglio di @fast_and_fit_food( e grazie mille perché avevi stra ragione😍👌🏻) ho utilizzato due fette biscottate integrali della misura, le ho sbriciolate e bagnate con un po’ d’acqua per poter creare una giusta base alla mia cheescake. Per la crema: semplicemente yogurt greco alla vaniglia e cocco in scaglie. Topping di marmellata ai frutti di bosco senza zuccheri aggiunti e lamponi freschi. S U P E R 🔥🔥e con solo 200kcal circa!

Goodmorning From Nz beautiful friends 🙋 It's still raining here but can't stop myself having yummm breakie. Nothing stops me . This Is my recipe I am sharing it with you but made few days ago 💙 I have some pics for my rainy days when I am working long hours or if the weather is like this 🌧 You don't have any choice to keep some spares . For this Recipe
3tbs chiaseeds
1/2 cup coconut milk / soy milk
Few drops of vanilla extract
Some handful nuts
1 tsp matchablue
2tsp raw agave
Fruits of your choice
METHOD
Mix chiaseeds in both the milk stirring constantly until mixed together. Add raw agave, vanilla extract , nuts and stirring it continously till it becomes fluffy. If it gets clumpy add more milk as per your requirement. Leave it for about half an hour and then separate it in another bowl and mix matchablue to give nice layers to chiapudding as you can see 💙💙 and garnish with fresh strawberries 😋 easy and simple recipe

Vi svelo suuuubito la ricettina veloce veloce! 1.Base di porridge fatto con 15gr di fiocchi d’avena baby gusto noccioloso @bpr_nutrition. 2.yogurt 0% ai frutti di bosco. 3.yogurt 0% alla vaniglia con scorza di limone. 4.Frutta fresca e burro di mandorle 100% @ecorganic ♥️ . A few weeks ago I had the most amazing stuffed roasted acorn squash at one of our favorite allergy-friendly restaurants here in Austin, District Kitchen + Cocktails.  The star of my dish was a roasted acorn squash stuffed with chorizo, wild mushrooms, kale and goat cheese.  My first attempt to try to recreate it wasn’t as spectacular as I had hoped.  We couldn’t find any chorizo at the store so I tried to make my own and it wasn’t very good - way too overpowering and not that tasty. Lately it's been so cold and I've been on a major soup kick to help me stay warm. Buongiorno ☀️ Family FIT ! Oggi a svegliarmi c’era LEI. La mia SACHER-CHEESCAKE 🍑🍫 Quello di cui avete senz’altro bisogno per realizzarla è un coppapasta dalle piccole dimensioni. Ho utilizzato per la base 25gr di weetabix leggermente ammorbiditi con dell acqua calda. Secondo strato con 15gr di marmellata di albicocche senza zuccheri aggiunti; terza strato: 85gr yogurt fage total 0% + 1 cucchiaino di cacao amaro; infine topping di crema al cacao ( cacao amaro + acqua qb.) e una bella grattugiata di cioccolato fondente bio 85%.
