Toasted no knead bread ( so good!) from @jimlaheyssb topped with #homemade labneh, fresh apricot & cherry compotes, lots of coarsely ground pepper and basil! Incredible flavours - creamy, savoury, sweet, tangy, peppery all at once!💜 For the quick compote, combine fruit of your choice, half a vanilla bean, little water..bring to a slow simmer.
