RECIPEโ €
INGREDIENTS:โ €
3 med size mushroomsโ €
1/4 cup of olive oilโ €
2 Tbs balsamic vinegarโ €
2 Tbs of liquid aminos (or low sodium soy sauce)โ €
Scallionsโ €
Lemonโ €
PREP:โ €
1.wash and dice the mushrooms, disregard the stemsโ €
2. place on a pyrexโ €
3. mix the sauce ingredientsโ €
4. marinate the sauce over the mushroom between 20-40minโ €
5. serve adding some more scallions and lemon peel.โ €

Just because the nutrition lifestyle chose me, doesn't mean I let me little one eat whatever or make seperate dinners for her. She eats what I eat. Each time I escape the concrete jungle I am reminded how important it is for me to leave it. We chose to live in Windsor to be closer to the beach while keeping the convenience of been close to the city. My love is for the beach, but work is in the city and I prefer to decrease the anxiety of getting from one place to another on PT.๐Ÿš‹ City life is a lot for our mind and body to process - so many sounds, pollution, hustle and bustle, smells, toxins, stress prone situations, etc. We tell ourselves that we build the stamina to handle it, living it day in and day out. Delicious - Super Filling - Chocolate! A full on day with bubby this kept me going for ages and I'm a big eater so that's saying something!
I don't tend to often use protein powders. However, I've found if I do, I stick to ''Amazonia - Raw' - Although it is a little more expensive the ingredients are good quality, it's plant basted and has been designed with digestive support in mind along with it being high in antioxidants and it's organic!
Adding Maca in today's smoothie offers some extra antioxidants along with it being packed full of minerals and vitamins and delivering a helpful hit to keeping those hormones healthy! ๐Ÿ’œ
