4 frozen bananas
2-3 tbsp matcha powder
I blended all the ingredients in my @blendtec until creamy. Use less water if you want a thicker smoothie bowl. Scooped it into my cool bowl from @coconutbowls. Yesterday I was blessed to enjoy an inspirational and nourishing evening surrounded by beautiful women @sita.huber 's Beauty Fuel Workshop. Sita is a holistic nutritionist with a well-balanced philosophy about food and well-being. A few great take-homes from the evening: --> Nourish internally for glowing skin, nails and hair. --> Food doesn't just go through us. Food creates us! As adults we may not be growing at the rapid rate of young children, but our cells are constantly dying and renewing. The building blocks for these new cells comes from the food we eat.
--> A healthy gut and liver are key to taking care of our skin.

Managed to knock off my final food challenge which is a hostel food/dinner item... last day for it too and even though I did want to avoid it, I had to do it!! So fir me dinner included an all unknown; Hot Dog Bun, Frankfurter Sausage AND I pushed myself more and added Tomato Ketchup!! So THREE fearful foods in one meal πŸ–’!! It all tasted so good!! No idea the last time i ate a hotdog was either? Probably when I was 10?? πŸ˜…

I was craving something healthy and simple for lunch today, so I whipped up a quick macro bowl 🌿 || leftover brown rice, smoked tofu, baby spinach, cucumber, alfalfa, sesame seeds and my dad's homemade babaganoush, all drizzled with a little tamari ✌🏼

The sun is shining and I have a super fun day ahead. This juice is super easy to make and a good gift to give yourself in the morning. I prefer to not use powders but this powder is actually really good. Choose your citrus (orange works too), ginger, nettle, kale , mint and you are good to go! Wish you a beautiful day ❀
