It's no secret I love my activated nuts, homemade raw vegan desserts, @loving_earth chocolate, granola and fruit and nut mix buttttt lately I've been craving fruit salads!
I always make sure our fruit bowl is overflowing with ripe, vibrant, juicy fruit and encourage my friends and family to snack on it when they pop over for a visit!
I remember the days where I thought fruit was the enemy. Telling myself it was too high in sugar, carbs or calories 🤦🏼♀️
I feel like a lot of girls go through this stage and you know what... that's ok! Sometimes we need to go through rough patches to truly appreciate balance.
Nowadays I encourage everyone to snack on fruit whenever they feel peckish, bored or want a sweet treat. It's full of fibre, water, antioxidants, potassium and electrolytes. Oh and not to mention it's absolutely scrumptious!!!
We all know my baaeee is bananas and blueberries, but lately I've also been really into pineapple and kiwis 🍍🥝
