If they are already super flexible or have a back injury you could end up doing more damage to them. • In this case both athletes here have healthy spines but need to improve there mobility and end range strength. Through controlled and conscious movement this Will help them reduce there chance of back and hamstring injuries, while increasing the mobility to help in daily life activities. • Always look at what truly needs improving in the athlete and help them get there.
