When you want a pumpkin treat but follow a healthy high protein and mostly low carb diet (and today is a low carb day...)😍?! Whip up liquid egg whites, protein powder (@questnutrition Cinnamon Crunch & Salted Caramel flavors), baking powder, salt, pumpkin flavored stevia, little pumpkin puree, cinnamon & pumpkin pie spice and cook like scrambled eggs in coconut oil. I got a little naughty by adding SUGAR-FREE Lily’s dark chocolate baking chips on top (100% pure chocolate has 0g sugar and is healthy👍). @skinnymixes pumpkin cheescake syrup on top....oh boy was it delicious! I love to make sweet egg-white scrambles and this was surely one of the best. I’m always saying ‘more than just shakes’ and this program REALLY is!! It’s so much more than just shakes! It’s a healthy balance and cleansing and increased energy and more confidence!! ⠀
AND it’s really fun and delicious recipes like protein balls or protein packed pancakes or waffles, isa-delight (aka delicious chocolate) covered desserts, whey thin bread crumbs for great sides or apps like zucchini sticks or on chicken, or fudge and even ICE CREAM!! And on and on and on the creative ideas go!!! Here’s one for healthy pancakes! Can’t wait to try it and some others for the holidays!!⠀

Ingredients:⠀
2 scoops Raspberry Cheesecake Shake ⠀
1 tablespoon gluten-free flour⠀
1/8 teaspoon baking powder⠀
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk⠀
1 large egg⠀
Coconut oil spray⠀

Directions:⠀
1. In a bowl, combine shake powder, gluten-free flour, and baking powder. In a separate bowl, whisk together almond milk and egg until combined.⠀
2. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, whisking until blended.⠀
3. Heat a nonstick saute pan over medium heat, then lightly coat with coconut oil spray. To create each pancake, spoon 3 tablespoons of the batter into the hot pan, until all batter has been used. Let cook for 2 minutes, flip, and cook on the opposite side for an additional 1.5 minutes.⠀

Gluten free life must be hard...... Gluten free and portion control does not mean leave on lettuce and eat like a rabbit!....it also doesn't mean every meal is disgusting.... The changes within my body out weight the taste of symptoms of gluten free flour and when I can have delicious Sunday dinners who cares!! Gluten free flour used for puddings and gluten free gravy....the rest I am allowed anyway!! Make yourself strong through food, not miserable.

Helado saludable!
Tu merienda, no tiene porque ser aburrida!
Receta:
- yogurt griego de vainilla o fresa
- scoop de proteina ( preferible fresa, vainilla)
- frutas de preferencia

Preparacion:
- colocas en un triturador o licuadora el yogurt y la proteina, cuando esta mezclado lo sirves y llevas al congelador por 20 min.
Retiras la mezcla y dejas reposar por 10 min, colocas tus frutas favoritas y listo para disfrutar.

Recipe:
- Greek vanilla yogurt or strawberry
- protein scoop (preferable strawberry, vanilla)
- fruits of preference

Preparation:
- Put the yogurt and protein in a grinder or blender, when it is mixed, serve it and take it to the freezer for 20 min.
Remove the mixture and let it rest for 10 min, place your favorite fruits and ready to enjoy.
