Happy Tuesday everyone!! I know don't look so happy and like I kind of want to punch someone in the face but that's because it's morning and I hate mornings. The only thing that brightens my mornings is my Frenchbull NYC coffee cup and its fun and colorful design. And coffee. Thank God for caffeine. Are you a morning person? Lol. I really wish I was. And not an ad. I just really like my mug. :)
Give it 5 minutes. I'd be lying if I told you I was always excited to exercise. I felt a little sluggish this morning and was dragging my feet but I knew once I got started with my workout I'd feel so much more energized and not so stiff from being #30weekspregnant You don't need to exercise for an hour. You don't need to do a particular type of workout because it's effective especially if you hate it. Find a way of being active that you enjoy so it makes it a little easier to show up for your health. Today- it's 20 minutes of a quick lifting routine I'm streaming so I don't even have to make something up 😋 What is/was your workout for today?
