Listen 👂 to your body!
I struggle with this so much because I am a go-go-go person. I'm a type A that creates and follows a routine and not completing the run 🏃 or workout 🏋🏼♀️I was supposed to really bothers me. But sometimes our body knows better than our mind or the schedule.
I started a workout this morning with serious pain in my foot. The old me would have pushed through and regretted it later. The new me stopped and changed plans to a stretching workout. I needed it. Still not happy about it 🤷♀️but I know it was the right choice.
