Late night sweet tooth?
Try this protein packed pudding!
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1 scoop Pro7ein Synthesis chocolate protein powder
3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
1 medium size ripe banana
handful of spinach (optional but suggested for those added greens!).
Place all ingredients into any standard blender in the order listed and blend until smooth and creamy. This pudding can be made in advance and stored it in the fridge for extra thickness and creaminess. The longer it sets, the thicker it gets!
