The coffee blossom honey from Finca Apiario is made by bees that pollinate the flowers that become our Finca El Panal beans. We’ve decided to utilize it in the cafes as the base ingredient in our take on the Spanish favorite, the Cafe con Miel. We weave a luscious and rich treat by combining sea salt, cinnamon, and the natural fruit tones intrinsic to the honey. Highly recommended for your drinking experience!
