Okay. So this is my reality today in the gym. I'm so stressed today and have PMS belly on top of that, and this is the result. A very bloated painful belly.
So why am I wearing a crop top when my belly looks 5 x the size it usually is? Cuz I'm accepting that this is completely normal, and I'm definitely not the only girl out there with these kind of days.
This doesn't mean I'm less unfit, not should wear a crop top or not enjoy my time in the gym. So today I wore my short top and did my squats just like any other day, tomorrow I might wake up with my small abs again, I might not, I'm still gonna kick ass! 👌🏻💪🏻✅😌 #bloatedbelly #normal
