A one-trick pony's better than a no-trick pony. 😏 1min muscle up + 1min negative and WHAT UP 20 SECOND TRANSITION!!! It was probably dumb to do this 2 days in a row, but yesterday's practice was eating at me and I had to try again. I've been stuck at a 10-15 second transition for the past few months. 30sec pull, 20sec transition, 10sec dip. Then 1min back down.
