This body does not come from obsession or deprivation. In fact I’m making pizza for dinner tonight 🍕. Deprivation almost always results in a higher level of desire for the food that you have forbidden yourself to eat . Weather it is cheese ,chocolate or chips , most of the time , an all or nothing approach almost never sticks , and ends in binge eating . Try these 3 things for a healthy balance to keep your results consistent . 1.Learn the macronutrient count for one serving of the food you love most . For example a Hershey’s chocolate bar contains 210 calories , 13 grams of fat , 26 grams of carbs and 24 grams of sugar .
2. Choose 2 days to have 1 food that you love ! But have a smaller portion than you usually would . So for example you would eat your Hershey’s chocolate bar on Monday and Wednesday’s but instead of having an entire bar ,you only have half on each day .
3. Choose to incorporate the foods you love within a healthy meal . Chocolate isn’t your thing? You love chips ! So one meal a week you take your healthy carbs away from dinner and choose a bag of chips instead .
