Today I had to use the Finnish SISU. It's more than persistence. It is in your heart. When you have SISU, you know it and you act like you have it. It is so strong metaphor that in case of adversity, you know that you can go forward no matter what. Today I did train. Today I went forward even though it was not my best day. Because of SISU this day turned out to be good. Growth is a long term game! Crappy days are as important! Just stop stopping! Just go!

My quest to pull 400 is still in the works. Gave it three trys tonight and couldn't get the bar to break the ground.
The frustration is real right now. Idk why but anything over 350 has just killed me lately.
On this pull there are some technique issues as with all three videos my back ends up rounding as soon as the slack comes out of the bar and it doesn't move anymore.
Now I could just be being impatient and not waiting for it to break the floor I could be mentally blocked. At this point I have no clue I felt better then I did Monday but still can't seem to get 400.
I'm 22 days out from my competition and I want pull this before then to have hat confidence going into the competition. Right now I'm in a slump with my deadlift. So back to the drawing board but I feel like I have my way to break this slump and be ready to pull this weight.
