The only limits that truly exist are the ones you put on yourself. 🤜🏻🤜🏻 If you can cultivate a strong belief in yourself and develop an attitude of resourcefulness and will-to-succeed you will accomplish amazing things.
As a coach I see most athletes fail in the off-season because they cannot maintain their standards of excellence: loving their physique, following a nutrition plan, focusing on muscle and strength development, keeping intensity high, working on their stage presence...the list can go on and on. The truth is, it's in the months between show preps that your stage physique is built. If you want to improve your glutes or v-taper or shoulder caps, you need to slay those off-season training sessions. You absolutely have to eat, and if you're not following a PLAN chances are you'll put on more fat than muscle. I highly recommend building a local community of 2-3 other lifters that you can see at the gym, follow on social media and encourage and push each other on a regular basis. I'm lucky that I have one of my biggest motivators, my husband training beside me in the gym every day. We relentlessly push each other to dream big and find new ways to be better. You also MUST WORK CONTINUOUSLY ON YOUR MIND-SET!!🥇🥇🥇
Keep feeding your DREAMS not your DOUBTS. Create the environment that nurtures your higher self not your weaknesses. Prime yourself every single day to believe in yourself and keep your standards high. 🏆🏆
