(ad) We have had a crazy couple of weeks and being totally honest, there haven't been a whole lot of vegetables eaten. 🍆🌶🥕🍠 So, tonight, we are having a fridge raid meal and making a veggie packed noodle dish with a delicious soy based sauce using @lkkeurope Double Deluxe Soy Sauce which has such an incredible flavour, and unlike any other soy sauce I have tasted before. 🍜 🍜
The sauce I made was 2 tbsp @lkkeurope Double Deluxe Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp honey, juice of half a lime, 1 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tsp Chinese five spice and a pinch of red chilli flakes. Cook your veggies and then throw the sauce in and cook for a couple of minutes longer and serve with a drizzle of extra soy sauce. 🌶
