So here s my saturday chicken preparation ❤️..
Dish _ Chicken chettinad..
Time _ Approx 30 mins..
Taste_ Too yumm (My family loved it)..
Steps as follows ↘️
1.Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric and yogurt, and keep it aside..
2.Mix 1 table spoon poppy seeds and 2 table spoon of grated cocunut, firstly dry mix than add water .. 3.Than make a paste of onion, garlic and green chilly as per chicken quantity ..
4.Add oil in a fry pan and add the onion paste into it and stir till the oil starts coming up..
5.In another kadai add some oil and in very low flame add the mixture of coconut and poppy seeds , stir for 5-7 mins and let it cool..
6.Than add chicken in fry pan of step 4..
7. Mix it well and add garam masala, red chilly, curry leaves, southern curry masala, and salt per taste.. mix it well and stir for 6-7 mins ..
8. Add step 5 mixture into this and stir in low flame , than add water and keep the chicken in low flame for 20 mins or till tender ..
9. Hola your easy chettinad chicken is ready 😋..
10. Serve it hot with rice ..
