BIG DAY AT THE VET YESTERDAY!
These two were tuckered out last night after Pam Wilma (on left) and Lady Emily (on right) made it back home from the vet. Our girls are recovering nicely from their spay appointments and should be back to their shenanigans by tomorrow.
We could really use your help covering the vet bill. If you can, please consider donating to PayPal: email@example.com or through our website’s donate button at http://www.barnyardsanctuary.org.
Pam Wilma is 150 lbs. at just 5 months old and will be 1,200 lbs once full grown. She came to us a few months ago, when she was found loose on the street. Since finding her way to us, Pam Wilma has found an amazing sponsor, Allison, who makes sure her food and ongoing care are covered.
Lady Emily is a couple of months older at about 7 months. She is also on her way to reach 1,200 lbs. when full grown and is 200 lbs. now. Lady Emily was originally destined to be on someone's plate since she was being raised for meat. A visitor to that farm fell in love with her and asked if she could be rescued and brought to us. She must have pulled on the heart strings because the farmer released her at no cost, not even the meat price. Lady Emily is surely a lucky gal and would love to have a sponsor of her own. Will you be her Barnyard Guardian?
