Second day of #hariraya
and itchin' to get back on my routine.
While my husband is out running, i dont have any option to leave the sleeping kids nor the house. So went up for a #quick&;easy #rooftopwod
to get the sweats going. β€’
3-5 rounds tabata:
20 sec on
10 sec off
Alternate every rounds :
Single under / jumping jacks
Handstand hold / plank hold
Your main cardio is the jump ropes / jumping jacks. So keep that, but do alternate your second movements with anything you want.
It can be #squats #pushup #wallsit or even #burpee if you want some major overhaul.
Whats important is that we need to have our mind set straight, that YOU CAN ACTUALLY SQUEEZE IN trainings ANYTIME! β€’
