So my post baby fitness plan is well and truly underway. I’m not really restricting food due to still feeding Camden but trying to make sensible choices and just keep moving (which is pretty easy with 3 kids under 4!) yesterday my car went in for a service and rather than get picked up or a courtesy car I decided to pop Camden in his pram and walk home. My fit bit strap broke and I’m waiting on the replacement so had to rely on my iPhone for steps but achieved 10,000 steps before 9.30am!! Simple choices make the difference!
