Limit foods like white bread, bagels, muffins, white pastas, biscuits, crackers, pretzels, cookies, refined sugar (lollipops, chocolate bars, etc). Added Sugars: 🐝
Pull right back on 'added sugars" which World Health Organization recognize as white, brown, raw sugar, molasses, syrup (agave, rice malt syrup, honey, etc), fruit juices, fruit juice concentrates.

Trying to re-train my body to eat clean and healthy again! This semester I really went downhill diet and fitness wise. Whatever was quick and near school or on the way home, which was way too often it was Burger King. So I decided I was tired of feeling and looking like crap (diet can affect your skin, hair, teeth and so many other areas).
So day #2, still on the healthy wagon! LOL
