Our performance training is a blend of mindfulness, mobility, joint stability in all planes of motion, weightlifting, plyometrics, and endurance. The main goal is to become well rounded and strong in each while training specifically for your goals
My most recent goals have been to jump higher and further, run faster for longer, and strengthen my core as much as possible. Focusing specifically on mobility and Olympic Weightlifting has had a dramatic impact on my athleticism over the past few years. Power snatches (shown above) and Power Cleans have been majorly responsible for my increases in jumping & sprinting ability. They include the same movement angles as jumping and running while overloading the acceleration phases of triple extension. The benefits also include further development in controlling external forces at high velocity (very beneficial for contact sport athletes i.e. Football, Rugby, MMA, Basketball, Baseball, Soccer, Hockey). My results of training these movements are shown below -
