Batter: 1 cup chickpea/garbanzo bean flour 1/2 cup spelt flour 1/2 cup coconut milk or spring water 4 tbsp agave Grapeseed oil
1. Mix all ingredients until you have a thick batter 2. Heat grapeseed oil on medium 3. Put your dough into a disposable cake decorating bag, cut a small hole and slowly squeeze your batter into the heated grapeseed oil. Form your dough into the shape of Funnel Cakes. Must be enough grapeseed oil to cover the funnel cake. 4. Cook on medium for 5 minuets or until Funnel Cake is golden brown. 5. Top your Funnel Cake with powdered coconut shreds (I blended organic coconut shreds in my blender until it was fine and powdery) and sliced strawberries 6. Enjoy Makes 1 funnel cake . .
