my man is officially matching the weight with pushing and pulling resistance. 5 sessions of push, pull, rotation, motor control, shoulder stability, and listening to my lame ass jokes in between sets. @jediknight_nevik has handled every challenge I’ve thrown at him and it’s paying off. He’s even added more workouts outside of our sessions and is taking steps to better his nutrition. Performing a Med Ball Scoop Toss
A med ball toss is a great exercise for training rotational power as well as metabolic conditioning. Make sure to grab a light ball to be able to maximize power and speed. Shift your weight from your back hip, through your core, and into the front hip all while releasing the ball. Making sure that you don’t keep the weight on the back leg, or shift your weight all the way forward and lose stability. If you’re having difficulty shifting your weight, move closer to the wall and continue practicing the movement. If you’re training for rotational power, keep the reps more in the 5-8 range. If utilizing for metabolic conditioning aim for higher reps.

А с другой стороны, без травм не обошлось, в частности со мной, а так же целый день был убит только на регистрацию....
