Mél et moi même avons décidé, de reprendre notre "corps en main". Nos objectifs:

1) Bien-être
2) Rééquilibrage alimentaire #NoSoda #NoJunkFoods #LegumesVerts #Eau
3) Perte de poids

Bien-sûr que certaines personnes diront que nous n'avons pas besoin de faire du sport, que nous n'avons rien à perdre etc. BLOQUES-LES! Il ne faut pas attendre qu'il y ait trop de débordement pour s'y mettre.
Nous sommes adepte de la salle depuis un certains temps, avec quelques fois, des vas et viens réguliers et d'autres fois, la cessation durant des semaines voir des mois #ManqueDeMotivation.

Nous avons donc jugé utile de partager avec vous, notre routine hebdomadaire en matière de fit, de rééquilibrage alimentaire et bien d'autre.

I don’t have a Chef to cook my meals but I sometimes wish I did😜 I have a very busy schedule everyday from taking my son to school to helping my husband run our business. I want to call this sweet potato soup, but it’s so thick it’s really more like a mash. Whatever the name, though, this soup/mash thing is delicious!
I topped it with veggies and enjoyed it sitting on the floor (which, for some reason, is where I like to eat.) Simple, whole ingredients. Vibrant colors. And total goodness. 💜

Snacks don’t have to be sugar-filled or processed to be appealing. Snacks can be healthy and still be delicious, inviting, and incredibly simple.
Here’s an example of a typical afternoon snack: carrots, zucchini, some leftover chickpeas, a bit of tahini, nutritional yeast, and paprika. If you make healthy snacks something you’ll actually look forward to, you’ll be less tempted to ditch them for something in a vending machine or from a package.
