All of #NoGymJanuary has been about eating right, yet still eating good. One thing I will NEVER give up, PASTA ๐Ÿ. For healthier pasta, I've been doing a Mediterranean diet with all fresh ingredients and really good olive oil. Garlic, lemon ๐Ÿ‹ and fresh herbs ๐ŸŒฟ add flavor without sodium or fat. For dinner tonight, linguine pasta with fresh tomatoes, garlic, capers and shallots - finished with lemon and white wine, and whole leaves of basil and parsley.
