Since his days at Whole Foods, Chef John Mercer has been passionate about his economical #plantstrong lifestyle and serving nutritional food to his community. He has contributed recipes to several #vegancookbooks, including My Beef with Meat from the New York Times Best Selling Author Rip Esselstyn.
Chef Mercer is currently the Sous Chef at @cafemomentum, where has introduced many #plantbased options, including the #vegan charcuterie he will present in his chef demo at #TVF2018 on Oct. 27 at Reverchon Park. This year’s full schedule will be announced soon!
