🚦🚥Do you fear the bottom part of a squat? Face your fears and do a dead stop!...watch the bar at the bottom. The key technique to this is coming to a complete stop at the bottom of the movement and then powering up. You'll notice that I do not move that fast even though I am powering up due to the resistance of the weight, but it's all about the effort that you make. Get those glutes firing and feel that pump!
