📈Week 4 of GVT (German Volume Training)
Last week I increased the weight to 185 lbs on Back/Front squat. The pst 3 weeks I've had trouble walking out of the gym.... Same weight this week & I was able to toddler crawl out this time. Atleast it's progress.
It's been awesome to see my body respond so well to GVT. I've had back issues (degenerative arthritis/annular tear L3-L4 & L5-S1) since HS. Squatting & Deadlifting Heavy do more harm than good. With GVT I've finally found something my legs respond to, that doesn't completely wreck my existing back issues.
