I'm just a regular guy... I have ups and downs in my life - financial problems, family drama, stress, anxiety, etc.. I try my best to hide it because perception is reality, but for any of you who are depressed because of injury, work, or any other issue in your life - just know that everyone has struggles and the only thing that matters is how you react. Stay strong. Stay thirsty. You can overcome anything.

I may have to take a long break from the bar gains because I reaggravated an old injury (shoulder). It sucks because I've been patient but not patient enough. It's my fault and now it's on me and only me to heal and rehab. Hopefully I'll be back and stronger than ever.

Sometimes all you need to get in a good sweat 💦 sesh is minimal equipment. You don't even need a dumbbell...you could substitute it for an old 4L milk/juice container filled with water or any other heavy small object around the house...like a basketball 🏀

For the long weekend we travelled to visit my parents and I still wanted to get a good workout in. I just used my dad's 10lb dumbbells and brought my jump rope and did #bbgabs and a 12min HIIT session. My abs are still feeling it 😅
