After having Noah, my body fought hard to hold onto the baby weight. In the left photo I was still 3-4 lbs heavier than pre-pregnancy. There is absolutely nothing wrong with my body in that photo but my workouts were sporadic, my energy levels were low, and I didn't feel like myself anymore. It really took until March for me to finally get my workouts back on track along with cleaning up my eating and when I did my body responded really well. In the 5 consistent weeks of clean eating and #BBG I gained so much of my strength back. I no longer modify push ups and I finally crave that intensity again.
It is so hard being a mom of young children and finding the time to take care of yourself. Before Noah I was all about #noexcuses and after he was born it seemed I had more than I knew what to do with. I'm now a firm believer than some people really do not have the time to workout... and that is OKAY! Sure, you could squeeze in squats on pure exhaustion and put your body at risk but why? The workouts will always be there. I'm thankful I chose to enjoy baby snuggles over workouts for a solid 8 months. I will never look back and say "I sure I wish I would've done those squats when Noah was a newborn". 🙅🏻. #nevergiveup "  www.kaylaitsines.com/app #bbgprogress

Oh. My. Heavens! 😱 Matt and I really indulged over the weekend!! But that's okay because now the challenge begins! As those of you who follow my Snapchat know... Matt and I made a deal with one another. This deal was struck because we were both wanting to gain more discipline in our dieting routine but both struggle: him with sweet treats, and me with French fries and Burgers (Fast Food). SO, for the next 6 weeks neither of us are allowed to eat those items! We are still trying to think of some form of punishment for if someone caves in.?.?.?.🤔 Any ideas? Haha

Manter uma boa postura não é só questão de estética. Uma má postura pode desencadear vários danos à saúde e até pode contribuir para a formação daquela gordurinha embaixo do umbigo. A famosa pochete, sabe? Sempre tento me policiar para manter meu abdômen travadinho durante o dia e encaixar o quadril ( por conta da lordose eu jogava o quadril para trás e a barriga pra frente ) .Moçada, postura!!!

1 hora pra tirar uma foto e 20 minutos pra treinar. Essa sou eu.
Depois de um domingo doce (literalmente), nada melhor do que começar a semana depletando os estoques de glicogênio daquele jeito: treinando intenso. Cadência controlada, amplitude máxima, intervalo cronometrado, até a falha. No capricho mesmo. O que teve por aqui? Drop-set tensional para dorsais! Os exercícios?
- Puxada supinada
- Remada baixa na polia
- Remada alta na polia
E "só"! Básico, racional e bem executado, como tem que ser.

Claro que mudanças já ocorrem em curtos prazos, porém, até atingir um objetivo "final" leva um período maior. Como já disse, não é 1 pizza que irá engordar, muito menos seu prato de salada na segunda-feira q irá te emagrecer, e sim, a continuidade de bons hábitos, tendo regularidade, não dando repetidas brechas em alimentos que atrapalharão o processo, ou migué em treinos. Com volume e intensidade de treinos adequados, dieta correta, certamente q seu objetivo será alcançado, de modo sustentável. 🎯
