Tired of being called “skinny” so focusing on D3 ❤️
I’m sure many are judging right now, but to me, being called skinny is just like being called fat. I work hard, I eat clean, I actually put in effort to maintain myself. I have earned the ability to eat 75% clean and not change much but when I do gain 5lbs it looks like 20! So, I’m finally fed up and ready to step up my game!

•Sweet Italian Chicken Sausage {we love @truestoryfoods}, 1 pack, Chopped • 1 Red Pepper, Core/Remove Seeds, Slice thinly • Onion, Half, Chopped {white or yellow}
•1 Clove Garlic, Chopped and pressed {with flat part of knife if you don’t have a press}
•1 zucchini, Chopped
• 1/4C Chicken Bone Broth
•1 Box @explorecuisine Chickpea Fusilli • 1/4C Tomato Sauce {we love @muirglen}
•Fresh basil
•Parm Cheese, Grated

1-Sauté Garlic and Onion in VOO or Avo Oil
2- Add Red Pepper and Zucchini
3- Add bone broth and Chicken Sausage, simmer
4- Add tomato sauce {and a little salt, pepper, garlic powder and oregano - can also add a dash of red wine}, simmer on medium high
4- Add 1tsp more of VOO, continue to simmer, cooking the mixture down
5 - Boil pasta for 9-11 mins in salted water {don’t overcook the pasta, it will get mushy}
6- Add parm cheese and chopped basil {about 1/4C} to the sausage mixture, cook until fluid has almost completely cooked down.
7- Serve pasta, top with sausage mix. Fresh basil for garnish.
