So I got a straightener hair brush and had to try it out before bed... it’s cool, but I don’t really think it’s any faster than using my straightener. The first picture I had done the left side and not the right side. I honestly think there are better versions I had to settle for one sold by amazon because of credits I had that would only work for that. I mean I’m not complaining I paid $1.72 for it and it did straighten my hair. I didn’t section it off which is recommended and I have really thick hair. So all in all not too bad. Oh and yes you get filtered photos because I worked 3rd last night, I’m going off 4&1/2 hours of sleep and I watched This Is Us tonight too so 😭 my face needed help 😂😂 #Review#Brush#StraightenerBrush#NoBrandName#StraightFromChina#Hair#Straightener#Selfie#SnapChatFilter#Basic#TimeForBed#Goodnight
Throwing huge #subs everywhere. Instead of treating yourself like a #namebrand you go after #nobrandname so choose wisely on how you want to be remembered in life because being a salty bitch isn’t cute.
Love these Consumer Participation programs, especially randomly getting it in the mail. Love that it's for under eyes since I'm always having dark circles and puffiness. Cant wait to see end results once the trial is done 😊 #trial#eyecream#consumerparticipation#nobrandname
Parvatasana, Inverted V or Downward facing dog are the various names of this pose. #parvatasana strengthens the nerves and muscles of the arms and legs. Spinal nerves are toned and circulation is stimulated especially in the upper area of the spine, between the shoulder blades. Lately with lots of driving around I've noticed my shoulders becoming tight. So this week my practice has focused on a combination of strength and flexibility for the shoulders and back area. This is one of the perfect poses to accomplish that.
Holding a posture with awareness of body and breath helps make you aware of the current condition of a particular area and of course takes you deeper not just into your pose but also into the Self.
