July 19: Today I had a few clients spread out over the day and then taught yoga this evening. My self-care included yummy food at home with my daughter betwen clients. This was possible because of some intentional meal prep of cooking chicken earlier in the week to make meals easier. I find that when I'm prepped with already cooked meat, veggies cut up, portable fruit etc... I don't get frustrated (hangry?) and get takeout. There's nothing wrong with takeout at all, I just actually enjoy home-cooked food some of the time too. Balance am I right??
My day also started with waking before my alarm and it being cool enough to wear a beautiful scarf (pictured). Then ending my day teaching yoga is amazing as well!!
