Static split squat with a backward rotation on a yogaboard by @strobelwalter: this is a 3 in one exercise really: legs, belly and balance all in one. :) This exercise is challenging, even without the yogaboard. Try it and see for yourself! 2 sets of 30 sec per side ... Njoy!
A propper pistol squat isn't within reach just yet? Then try this "easier" version, using a @blackroll behind your back for support! It is a great exercise to work on your single leg strength and stability. Just make sure you keep the knee of your standing leg as stable as possible.
