Berry cobbler with a dollop of yogurt is a perfect summer treat!
Recipe: Mix 1/2 tsp brown sugar and 1 tsp whole wheat flour in a small bowl, then toss 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries in the mixture. Place in a ramekin. In another small bowl, mix 3 Tbsp oats, 1/2 tsp melted butter, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. Top off the berry mixture with the oats. Microwave for 60-90 seconds and top with yogurt!
