Berry cobbler with a dollop of yogurt is a perfect summer treat!
Recipe: Mix 1/2 tsp brown sugar and 1 tsp whole wheat flour in a small bowl, then toss 1/2 cup fresh or frozen mixed berries in the mixture. Place in a ramekin. In another small bowl, mix 3 Tbsp oats, 1/2 tsp melted butter, and 1/4 tsp vanilla extract. Top off the berry mixture with the oats. Microwave for 60-90 seconds and top with yogurt!

I have a sore throat and with the sudden drop of temperature, I felt like making some - Hot Vegetable soup! Served it with some toasted spicy Harrisa bread. Recipe for soup: chop a cup of each - peppers, gourd, kale, carrots, tomatoes, onions, green beans. Heat oil in a pot and sauté 2 cloves of chopped garlic along with the vegetables for about 7 minutes. After a long hike, need some protein, hydration and my vitamin booster - Veggies! I sautéed some fennel and added more vegetables to the eggs. Scrambled Egg Recipe: chop 1/4 onion finely, 1/2 cup chopped pepper, 2 tablespoon of cilantro, 2 Thai green chilies, salt to taste, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and red chili powder. Beat everything together. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the mixture. Add mint chutney sauté until eggs are cooked.
